Home Instead provides a Non-Medical, Person Centered Care, to allow individuals to remain in their home and meet the challenges with dignity, care and compassion. We pay weekly at an hourly rate ranging from $17.27 per hour to $19.00 per hour with some 1-hour assignments paying up to $25.00Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Companionship and conversationLight housekeeping tasks and meal preparationMedication and appointment remindersAlzheimer’s CareAbility to care for individuals with dignity and respectAbility to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial mannerTo those who are tech savvy, share your skills to individuals who wanted to learn how to use a phone/gadgetsIf you are a gifted baker or cook, enhance an individual’s life by preparing a home cooked mealComplete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screenPossess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home InsteadWe have a variety of shifts available with competitive pay and benefits.
