About the Role

FCDS is looking for an exceptional Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our experienced and collaborative clinical team. In this role, you’ll design and oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, provide staff supervision, and collaborate closely with families to create meaningful outcomes for individuals on the spectrum and those with related disorders.

What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based ABA treatment programs.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee ABA interventions in home, community, and center settings.
- Collect and analyze data to ensure treatment fidelity and measurable progress.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide immediate feedback to staff.
- Attend client sessions, team meetings, and provide parent/family training.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ABA practices through ongoing professional development.
Who We’re Looking For
- BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ clinical supervision experience in ABA/ASD settings
- Strong skills in assessments, treatment planning, and report writing
- DOJ clearance, current TB test, valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian is highly preferred
