Licensed Practical Nurse-Case Manager (LPN) – Clinic | Day Shift -Days – , 8am & 5pm
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses case manager (LPNs) for a 13-week block-booked assignment with consistent day shifts in the Montebello, Ca area. This position offers schedule stability and the potential for assignment extension based on business needs.
LPN , in partnership with a national healthcare staffing organization.
Position Details
- Shift: Day Shift, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks with potential for extension
- Start Date: Immediate placement available
Qualifications
Specifications / Experience:
1. Graduation from an accredited LVN nursing program.
2. Current valid License as a Licensed Vocation Nurse
3. Experience with physically or mentally impaired adults and/or geriatric population
4. Three years experience in public health nursing, acute care, case management and/or in-home health care required; minimum of 2 years of
managed care experience in case management with focus in inpatient and/or outpatient ambulatory care preferred.
