About the Role
In this position, you’ll support adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, body image distress, and the often messy process of recovery. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team that values curiosity, trauma-informed care, and authentic connection.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized nutrition counseling for eating disorder recovery
- Support clients using approaches rooted in HAES®, intuitive eating, and trauma-informed care
- Collaborate with therapists, physicians, nurses, and families
- Help clients challenge food rules, rebuild body trust, and develop sustainable nourishment patterns
- Document care thoughtfully and maintain ethical clinical standards
- Contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credentials
- Experience working with eating disorders and/or mental health populations
- Strong understanding of anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and disordered eating
- Excellent interpersonal and therapeutic communication skills
- Passion for inclusive, weight-neutral care
- CEDS certification (or interest in pursuing it) is a plus
Pay: $70,400.00 - $85,000.00 per year
