Program Services Clinical Coordinor

- Coordine the development, review, and implemention of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and trements provided to individuals served.
- Oversee all services provided to individuals and their families, monitor quality of care delivered, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and monitor regulory program compliance.
- Assist in the development of quality services and engaging activities th meet the individual served needs.
- Build and maintain relionships with families and external case managers.
Qualificions:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or reled field.
- One year of work-reled experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, youth placed -risk, etc. preferred.
- An equivalent combinion of educion and experience.
- Current driver's license, car registrion, and auto insurance.
- Licensure and training as required by ste such as CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques, etc.
- QMRP/QIDDP as required by ste.
- A reliable, responsible titude and a compassione approach.
- A commitment to quality in everything you do.
