About Us:
Keystone Pediatric Behavioral Health is a behavioral health office providing diagnostic evaluations, applied behavior analysis, and mental health services to children impacted by autism spectrum and other neurodevelopmental conditions and their families. We are seeking a passionate board-certified behavior analyst to join our time on a full-time basis. The BCBA will provide oversight and direction to staff providing evidence-based intervention services including the Early Start Denver Model, naturalistic teaching, pivotal response training, and discrete trial instruction.

Position Duties:
● Conduct functional behavioral assessments identifying functions of target behaviors, skill acquisition, and parent training goals
● Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
● Provide ongoing supervision and feedback to behavior interventionists
● Monitor progress toward goals
● Provide parent training and consultation
● Participate in weekly clinical meetings
● Provide ongoing trainings to behavior interventionists
● Complete paperwork and documentation in a timely manner
● Complete documentation needed for funders and ongoing service provision
● Weekly clinical team meetings
● Monthly staff trainings
Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, counseling, special education, or related fields required
● Board Certified Behavior Analyst
● Ability to pass a background check
● Valid driver’s license
Travel:
This position consists of some field supervision as needed in Orange County. Services are also provided in-clinic and via telehealth.
