We are seeking a highly resilient, results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our growing team. Agents work exclusively with company-generated inbound leads and pre-scheduled appointments. No cold calling, door knocking, or self-generated prospecting required. Your primary mission is to consult with prospective clients and close sales across Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Hospital Indemnity, and Life Insurance products using a proven, script-guided sales model.

What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of warm inbound leads generated by our marketing team — no prospecting or cold calling required.
- Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. thru 4:00 p.m. Jan 1st thru – Oct 6th
Extended seasonal hours may be required to support increased consumer demand.
- Conduct professional, consultative sales conversations using a well-scripted, compliant sales process.
- Present and close Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Hospital Indemnity, and Life Insurance products tailored to each client’s needs.
- Navigate Agency Flow Level CRM system, online carrier quoting tools, and carrier portals quickly and accurately to present real-time options.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Accurately document client interactions, dispositions, and policy details in the Agency Flow CRM.
- Maintain strict compliance with CMS regulations and carrier guidelines during every client interaction.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, script reviews, and product knowledge sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead handling and conversion.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and persistent attitude through objections, rejections, and high call volume.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in a high-volume phone sales or call center environment — no prior health or life insurance experience needed.
- Candidates will need to successfully complete and pass 40 hours of general insurance pre-licensing education and 12 hours of Ethics and California Insurance Code Pre-licensing education. Candidate must successfully complete in the first 7 days of employment and pass online test within first 10 days of employment.
- Successfully pass the California Department of Insurance State Licensing exam for Life and Health within 30 days of employment.
- Background Check Requirements
- Prior to license issuance, all candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive federal and state background screening conducted by the California Department of Insurance (CDI). This process requires electronic fingerprinting via Live Scan, which triggers a criminal history review through both the California Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Additionally, the state reviews national regulatory databases (NAIC/RIRS) for any prior industry disciplinary actions, civil judgements involving financial fraud, or breaches of fiduciary duty. Full self-disclosure of all past legal infractions (excluding minor traffic violations) is mandatory during the application process.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations to a close.
- Comfort working within a scripted, compliance-driven sales model while keeping conversations natural and engaging.
- Strong computer proficiency: ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously (Agency Flow CRM(GoHighLevel), online carrier quoting tools, carrier portals, Zoom/Microsoft Teams).
- High resilience: ability to handle rejection gracefully, reset quickly, and maintain consistent energy throughout the day.
- Results-oriented mindset with a competitive drive and intrinsic motivation to exceed targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to accurately document information in real time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance sales experience is not required. Candidates with call center, retail sales, customer service, financial services, or other consultative sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with quoting platforms
- Experience working in a metrics-driven, KPI-tracked sales environment.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
