Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Individual and group psychotherapy
- Develop diagnosis and treatment plans that are integrated with the medical treatment plan
- Provide intervention therapy for mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
- Educate and assist the patient/family in understanding and adjusting to the diagnosis/disability, treatment plan, and medical recommendations
- Provide age-appropriate and culturally sensitive counseling and individual/family treatment as well as assistance in family life crisis situations
- Prepare and maintain all pertinent records, statistics, and progress notes
- Work with medical providers for an integrated approach to care during warm hand-off
- Perform all other related duties as appropriate and/or assigned
Qualifications:
- Masters in Social Work minimum requirement.
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences minimum requirement.
- Certified substance use disorder (preferred)
- Bilingual Chinese speaking (required)

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
