The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate, patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing clinical team. If you take pride in delivering thorough, compassionate hygiene care — and you believe the patient experience matters as much as clinical outcomes — we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, full-mouth charting, and thorough prophylaxis and scaling/root planing procedures
- Deliver a patient experience that feels personal, unhurried, and genuinely caring — every appointment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment needs, and the connection between oral health and overall wellness
- Take and review digital radiographs; identify areas of concern and communicate clearly with the doctor
- Partner with our clinical and front-office team to support seamless treatment coordination and case acceptance
- Participate in morning huddles, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities
- Uphold our commitment to infection control, OSHA compliance, and sterilization protocols
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active California RDH license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with digital radiography and modern dental software
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build patient trust and rapport
- A genuine commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Team-first mindset — collaborative, dependable, and enthusiastic
Preferred:
- Local anesthesia certificate
- Experience in a cosmetic, fee-for-service, or multi-specialty dental practice
- Familiarity with periodontal co-therapy protocols and full-mouth rehabilitation
- Laser hygiene experience
- Airflow
- Digital scanning experience (Itero, Trios, etc)
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
