We are eagerly seeking motivated, compassionate, and trustworthy PTAs to provide home-based outpatient therapy. You will work closely and under the direction of the physical therapist, treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal medical problems or other conditions that limit their ability to move or perform functional activities.

Physical Therapist Assistant Job Duties (PRN PTA)
- Execute plan of care and complete follow-up treatment visits with a focus on rehabilitation
- Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises
- Identify patient’s needs and exhibit compassion, caring, and empathy to individual differences
- Maintain open communication with patient and referring physician (when applicable) regarding patient's plan of care and progress
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using our user-friendly, web-based, EMR system

Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant Job Qualifications
- California Physical Therapist Assistant License
- CPR Certification
- Current Driver's License
- Competent new grads & foreign trained therapists welcomed
- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self motivated with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
