Garfield Health Center is seeking a part time Chinese and English speaking Call Center Representative. Individual must possess a strong work ethic background and have a great positive attitude. We would like someone that enjoys jumping in with the team and wants to be part of a team player environment.
Primary/Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Appointment reminders
- Look up missed appointments
- Receive phone calls
- Re-schedule appointments
- Call patients for injections or vaccines
- For authorization and follow up records transfer to the front desk
- Schedule chiropractor appointments
- Take down messages
- Transfer phone calls to other staff
- Cover front desk, as needed
