We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and become the welcoming face of our company. In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive and efficient experience from the moment they walk through our doors or reach out via phone or email.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage and maintain the scheduling of appointments and meeting rooms.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Perform general administrative duties including data entry and filing.

Qualifications

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office and familiarity with phone systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
