About the Role:
A prestigious, high-end plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled and professional Medical Assistant to join our team. This position requires a polished presence, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to provide white-glove service in a discreet and luxury-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgeon(s) and providers during in-office procedures and consultations
- Prepare exam rooms, maintain surgical instruments, and ensure sterilization protocols
- Perform pre- and post-operative patient care, including vitals, charting, and recovery support
- Coordinate patient flow efficiently while maintaining a calm, welcoming environment
- Manage medical documentation, charting, and EMR updates with precision
- Support the office in maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and patient discretion
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to deliver seamless, five-star patient experiences
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent training required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or a luxury medical setting
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to reassure and guide patients through procedures
- Impeccable professionalism, discretion, and appearance suited to a luxury practice
- Proficiency in EMR systems (experience with PatientNow and Mod Med is a plus)
