- Facilitate cooking demonstrations and meal preparation sessions with patients as part of the clinical program
- Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, physical therapists, and other clinicians to support integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care plans, and patient progress in the EMR system
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Public Health, or a related field (master's degree a plus)
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential welcome but not required — candidates with a strong nutrition background and relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Culinary or kitchen experience preferred; comfort leading meal preparation with patients is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Strong communication skills and ability to educate diverse patient populations
- Experience working in a clinical, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary healthcare setting a plus
- Proficient in or able to learn EMR documentation systems
