Patient Overview
We are seeking an LVN to care for a 23-year-old patient requiring G-tube care, seizure precautions, and assistance with personal care. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Perform G-tube feedings and care
- Monitor and respond appropriately to seizure activity
- Assist with diaper changes and personal care needs
- Follow the physician's plan of care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Complete accurate and timely electronic charting using Axxess
- Communicate effectively with family members and the clinical team
Qualifications
- Active California LVN license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with G-tube care preferred
- Experience with seizure precautions preferred
- Spanish-speaking preferred
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
