About Neurodevelopmental Services
Our unique Neurodevelopmental Center offers group services for children and adolescents with autism, and other neurodevelopmental challenges, that are not available anywhere else! Our ABA model is inclusive of play-based, compassionate, naturalistic teaching approaches. We provide 1:1 aides for clients who need more support to participate in our therapeutic learning groups, and we offer intensive parent training groups.
We focus on the core challenges clients face that impact their daily functioning and quality of life. We provide therapy to enhance skills such as social connection, emotional regulation, communication, daily living, and sensory development to promote independence and self-determination.
Compensation We Offer
- The initial compensation for this position ranges from $83,071.00 - $102,167.00 / per year; depending on experience, location, and internal equity considerations.
- 8% License Differential for BCBA, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD. and select Peer Certifications.
- 7.5% Bilingual Differential for qualified positions

Pay Range $83,071.00 - $102,167.00
Job Summary Responsible for providing clinical supervision and training for Behavior Technicians to meet performance goals, treatment fidelity, and outcomes across all services. Responsible for developing and training Behavior Therapists and leading the clinical team in implementing behavioral and developmental treatments for individuals with developmental and behavioral health challenges.
Responsibilities - Clinical:
- Provide field/clinic overlaps, face-to-face high-level supervision, and clinical training per payor and BACB requirements for Registered Behavior Technicians.
- In collaboration with the clinical team, conduct comprehensive assessments using appropriate assessment tools dependent upon the referral and individual need. Report results to clinical team members.
- In collaboration with the clinical team, design and submit comprehensive treatment plans (e.g., skill acquisition plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans) for clients that are culturally relevant, family-focused, and socially significant, that are in compliance with agency and payor timelines.
- Provide direct intervention and necessary coverage for Behavior Technicians when necessary to ensure consistency in care.
- Design and implement individual and group caregiver training and consultation programs. Conduct and/or participate in progress meetings with client treatment teams (e.g., caregivers, school staff) as required by payors.
- Gather, compile, analyze and integrate the use of outcome data to improve clinical service delivery within assigned team using internal software systems (e.g.,Catalyst).
- Ensure effective coordination of services for youth and families with other providers, both internal and external, by supporting the development of constructive relationships and problem-solving barriers.
- Administrative:
- Complete required documentation and fidelity for behavior technicians.
- Maintain schedule for client caseload and BTs; ensure compliance with treatment plan recommendation for weekly/monthly service hours.
- Ensure clinical documentation and quality assurance meets both agency and payor standards, ensuring audit ready charts and continuous quality improvement.

- Master's Degree and two (2) years of relevant experience is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education)
- Licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or other related service delivery field approved by payor; OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate required.
- Demonstrated ability to speak with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to assess individuals with behavioral health challenges and develop a comprehensive program based on the individual's need.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly and objectively write and speak using behavior analytic language.

If employed at a Neurodevelopment Services location, employee is required to perform and pass a Human Performance Evaluation Test at a designated company clinic. This will include testing for: lifting, pushing/pulling, repetitive coupling, static weight, and other required movements. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
